Similar to how there is a herblore npc that will turn herbs, vials and secondaries into pots for a fee.
Would cost a fee and not grant xp.
Would make rev drops a bit better as rune is massive effort to smith, so would make wildy pvm a bit more profitable?
supporting, however I think the price should vary depending on which bar you want
Siding with virtual foe, I support it but different bars should cost different amounts.
A much better quality of life would be that bars require half the coal than they currently do.
