It's the wilderness. These are not NPC's you are dealing with, if someone wants to ice-barrage you out, they will. I don't see why it should be against the rules, wildy is wildy end of tbh
Because I've seen these in the past it does ruin PKIng.

There will be no pking on a pk server if bunch of people decide to ragg. We've experience this before in previous servers.
