Soul Bearer

Thoughts and opinions on bringing in the Soul Bearer? I don't know why it's not currently implemented but it could be an addition to Gold Membership, Voting or Slayer? I don't see what negative impact this could bring. Let me know what you guys think.

I understand the noted heads, however, them being sent to your bank allows an extra inventory spot and it's merely an additional item to use whilst slaying, bossing and so forth. It gives players something else to strive for (even if it's menial)
