I think adding achievement diaries into the game would definitely be a good idea!
Some examples include:
Edgeville easy:
get an assignment from vannaka
Buy something from the vote shop
Cook a lobster on the range west of the bank
use bones on the altar north of the bank
complete dragon slayer quest
Rewards: 15% cheaper runes from aurbury
Edgeville medium:
Steal from the general stall
chop from a yew tree south of the bank
Kill a green dragon in south-west wilderness
complete the lost city quest
smith a steel bar at the edge furnace
Rewards: 20% chance to not use coal when using the edge furnace
Of course there are many more that could be added and these are just suggestions, but I think it would add a lot more excitement to the game!
