1. Rework of Wilderness Slayer.

I suggest giving wilderness a certain percentage chance of dropping mysterious emblems (1-3). 10% chance of recieving a tier 1 emblem on doing wilderness tasks. 5% chance of recieving a tier 2 emblem, and 2.5% chance of recieving a tier 3 one. When doing bosses, you got chances of recieving tier 4-10.
These emblems can be exchanged for bloodmoney, this bloodmoney would be used in the PK Shop (needs a heavy rework).

I think bloodmoney should only be obtained from doing wilderness slayer (only from exchanging emblems)
A second way could be a 100% dropchance from battlemages for a extra way of making money in wilderness.
3rd way could be wilderness Agility course (a certain amount per lap)

Wilderness PK Shop

1. PVP Weapon Random Box (50 javs/morrigan axes/VLS/Statius Hammer/ Zuriel's Staff)
2. Random Mage Arena Item (Infinity/Master Wand/Mage's book)
3. 1k Barrage casts.
4. 250 Dark crab pack.
5. Potion pack (10 super combats, 10 stamina's, 50 restores/brews).
6. Zulrah Scales for 5/1 ratio.
7. Prayer Scroll for 'Preserve'.
8. Imbued Mage cape (when exchanged a normal cape + 2.000.000 gold pieces).
9. 100 Dragonstone Bolts pack.
10. Cancel Slayer tasks scrolls.
11. Bonecrusher.
12. Dragontooth Necklase.
13. 50 Dragon Javelin's.
14. Revunation Pool Scroll (unlock this scroll to use this pool to restore special attacks + running energy)



2. Starter Pack and XP rates.

2.1 Starter Pack should be 150k + Iron set and 100 lobsters + 5 strength and attack potions.
2.2 XP Rates should be x150 combat and x20 Skilling xp rates (x40 when in wilderness).


3. Home Location.

3.1. Work out a fully working Neitisnot home spot (with old stairs going to experiments and cave going to kaphites)
3.2. Sailor at Neitisnot docks.
3.3. Shops in Neitisnot (you can keep some important things in edgeville, like a general store or altars and restore pool)


4. Shop Prices.

4.1 All items should cost money, remove certain items like dragon boots/Barrows items/...
4.2 Give runes and potions and food a certain value.
4.3 Remove higher end bolts from the shop.
4.4 No dark crabs or anglers in the shop.


5. Barrows items broken on death. (repair cost to 250k per piece).

6. Death in raids should cost 2.5m gold to recieve your lost items back.

7. Boost points in Pest control / Fight caves start from wave 30 for everyone.

8. Actual quests needed to be done to equip every quest related item.
