disable range in edgeville and only allow it past level 5 wild to stop ragging
Great update, but.. Why would you remove ToB items from raids 1 before actually releasing ToB? No point in raiding as of now.

How fast are you PKing in Edgeville that the time between using the pool and then going into the wild and fighting, and using the pool again, is less than 2 1/2 minutes (or far enough off that its still a long wait)? If anything, bank first after a fight to push the timer fully to 2 1/2.
They all overhead rag in edge and then spec + tele within first 30 sec of the fight and repeat just ignore these buffoons lol

So what your basically doing is forcing people to pretty much Deathmath or wait 3+mins to get spec again. I don't know why you even changed it. It wasn't OP for pkers because no one tele's back and gets spec to come back in the fall in. It's not worth it on this server. I understand your updated if this was a populated pk server because that is what you do.You spec em tele back get spec go back 30+ n repeat. To save all the hassle just make it where Gold members can use it. It's not hard to earn 80mish on this server so i'm sure pkers+pvmers wouldn't mind+It helps the server.
In 2018 there are big arguments over how fast you should get your spec back from a pool even though that ****** should be removed all together.

Banking takes like 10 seconds. Fight should take around 5 minutes atleast if its honourable. My suggestion is that you don't set timers like this to have people wait for their fights. If people want to rag they do it with or without having special attack. Better solution is to enforce the rule than have restrictions like this.

that pool thing got released about 2 yr 2 mo ago so to most of the kids here who first started RSPS and PvP (which coincidentally was 2 years ago) they don't know of an RS existing without the pool
