Recent BH Update is a little unfair to PVMers since the Pkers can just teleport on them repeatedly and keep owning
- Make it so there is a 7.5 minute timer that stops you getting the same person as a target whenever either of you kills/skips the other. Logging out whilst having a target also needs to apply the same timer
- Remove infinity drops from the battle mages & put them in the boss slayer shop for all game modes
Other things
- Make it so that the Rejuv Pool special attack restore is 1/2 the time for gold members
- Whenever you use the Rejuv Pool it should tell you in chat how long left until you can restore spec again
- If you're 100% special attack and use Rejuv Pool then it shouldn't start the special attack timer
- NPC's can still PJ you off your target even though they shouldn't be able to
- Logging out needs to give you the 2 minute skip target penalty
Nulling bug
- Whenever you kill a player that is skulled risking 0 items their account gets nulled
