Give clan wars the ability to allow 99 defence players to join a clan war without resetting def by changing their def level to 1 at entrance.(Same as tournaments. This is specifically for ironmen/hard mode accs i guess).
Let players without 99 defence the ability to still use Max cape if they have all other 99s(or all 99s except combats). If not possible, give us the option to remove infernal cape/imbued god cape/Vorkaths head from max capes so we dont have to get another set of those capes to use for clan wars.
