Start of the Idea
Having a small group of players that can only trade with people in their group. A group would consist of 2-4 players, that are all the same xp rate. All players would have to start as a regular ironman. With an account creation time less than 10 hours a group member can be added. Once you are added to a group your xp rates are then lowered accordingly. See rates below for more information. Once you reach 10 hours of playtime the timer is up and your group is maxed out at 4 players. And the players who formed the group are now permanent. there is no going back once you accept someone to be a trading partner for group ironman.
Rate suggestion
15x combat and 20x prayer xp, 10x Slayer xp, 5x Skill xp
No trading anyone but group members, no grand exchange or Item staking
Cash drops 20% in size
Shops even more restricted (see below for more details)
Slayer bosses require a task to kill
Slayer tasks provide 50% of the normal points
no wilderness barrows or chaos elemental
Barrows secondary loot matches osrs
no blood money from bonds
voting provides half the tickets
Xp rates more in-depth
The reason being that I am suggesting rates to be so low, is because as an ironman you're supposed to have the grind to get things. If you can work as a group, i feel like you should have to do more because you're gaining help you couldnt normally get. And it would give incentives to work on skills for the group instead of just waiting until endgame and being able to trade.
Cash/Blood money drops more in-depth
I believe that cash drops should be lowered to 20% due to the fact that you will be able to trade/sell to the group you are in permanently. This will provide more of an incentive to doing things as a group for bigger splits and helping each other gear up.
I am a very strong believer that blood money drops for these accounts should be 20-25% in both wilderness slayer and wilderness bosses, that would make it more difficult for players to get the items that are in the shops which i feel was too easy on my ironman.
