Those days were the "best" for the RSPS scene overall based on amount of players, the whole scene has been dying since the release of OSRS.
Some people think that having pre-eoc server would bring more players, but that's incorrect. Times change.

Server is boring because of how the economy has been handled & how easy some things are made for the full-time pvmers / skillers. Most of the players never go through wilderness at all, because they barely benefit from it.
Been always saying; more pvmers in wilderness -> more pkers in wilderness. However it gets worse almost every update, because of the idiotic decisions they make. Really indifferent what we write here, shit won't change like we want when it's about pking.
Pretty much. It's beyond boring, far too easy, and plain.
I could have fixed the wilderness had I been promoted to overseer
