Rates are fine. I've gone 350+ dry at arma, bandos, and several other bosses, should those rates be changed too? Then again some people can just get a pet in 10kc. You get lucky, or you don't. From what I've seen from drops lately is perfect, in terms of rewarding the highest tier items.
Except there are not 40 people doing raids only about 10-15, most of which are only doing a few raids per day.
