PvP Looting System like it was without Free-Trade. Have items go into a Pool and have users get crappy to good loot per kill. Use Bounty Risk, higher risk = higher chance of rare loot.

I don't understand why you keep weighing in on this when you have never PK'ed and don't understand anything about the history of the wilderness or PvP on RS

Players hunt pvmers -> Other players hunt players that hunt pvmers. That's how it has always been in OSRS and updates like this will make it even more dead.
