The elo rating requiring skulls is so that the hiscores entry is for actual PKing and not just hunting down people killing monsters. There's still the bounty targets and total kills for that.Originally Posted by Brooksy

Why did you remove killing spree announcements? Also ELO is not working. Everyone just stay at 1200.
Definitely stoked on this update, been a BS player since the very first server and plan to use HCIM as a cool-off while coding some websites.
