Its OPTIONAL. Its not like it bothers people who dont want to utilize it. How could this upset anyone except those who want more ppl to clean? If it helps even one player stay then I just dont see the harm.

I don't see any harm with this. What would be the staking block times? A day, week, more?
IF you put in the NPC you should give options like 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months etc etc

Waste of time I think. Could be spent on something else, that deserves or needs it more.

I completely agree Pali. I think the option of a day, week, month and permanently could easily be implemented. I think to implement should be free. To overturn a permanent one i think should require a fee.
