Max cape & gold sink - Suggestion

Not everyone has infernal cape atm so wouldn't be much of a sink. Still worth a shot though.

True, but having option to not lose it in deep wilderness would motivate pkers to get one.

Max cape needs some buffs indeed, has no real uses that matches how useful it is on osrs

Basically turning infernal into max infernal has downsides instead of benefits. By turning it into max, you can't use it in CW tournaments.
On OSRS, there's 2k total worlds which are very useful, but for obviously that cannot be used in rsps.
