make it so the bounty hunter target wilderness level thing is live (right now it's glitched and just shows where your target was when you originally got them as a target and won't update)

Agree with the opting out of target system, don't see why this hasn't been done with the wildy slayer update to begin with...
What use would the chaos altar update bring if you can set your prayer to 99 manually? Maybe only viable for ironman but altar at home does also give a boost. IMO setting stats should be removed as it takes away a bit of fun for training combat and also the bone eco crashed for people who might have been doing that for money.
