Sorry, it's a Cerberus box, three-headed creature box seemed like the most reasonable match since I can't pick and choose what is on the box and instead have to use what's available. Looking at the image now, it's pretty misleading until you see it ingame. The ancestral box is a random infinity/mages book/master wand box too.
