Today's update brings the much-anticipated Inferno!
The Inferno
The Inferno has been released! Test your skills against 69 waves that gradually get more and more difficult. If you can make it far enough, you'll be pushed to the limit with the challenging triple JalTok-Jads, and finally, TzKal-Zuk. If you manage to complete it, you will be rewarded with the infernal cape.
For roughly the first week, you will be unable to get the usual boosts. Specifically, instead of starting on wave 34 or 51, you will have to start at the beginning. Of course, if you're an ironman, this won't change later on.
Because of how difficult The Inferno can be, there are two different practice modes. One is to for wave 68, and the other is for wave 69. You won't receive any rewards, but you'll be able to practice and make sure you can defeat the final waves (and with enough practice, easily) before taking on the entire Inferno. These practice modes are not temporary, they will remain in the game even after the wave-skipping is added.
