You have to get at least 60% Favour in Arceuus, which is easy plus you can unlock the Kourend Teleport doing the Library till 60%. When you start doing the Ensoulds, you'll get 100% easily and lock it. So much better and saving a lot of money + Mage XP. For easier access to do it, unlock the Fairy ring.
