Obsidian Armour and Clan Wars Tournament Minigame

The time between obtaining BM from the same kill is determined by your wilderness level and area.
The time is also influenced by hot spots (the only one currently being Edgeville wilderness).
Obtaining BM/emblems from the same player in Edgeville only has a delay of 4 minutes.

Obsidian armour has been added to the TzHaar shops.
Reduced the cost of all food and potions.
Fixed Kraken instances.
Fixed the Black Knights Fortress being part of the wilderness.
