Kraken Boss

The Kraken demi-boss has been released!
Instances for Cerberus, Thermonuclear Smoke Devil, Abyssal Sire, and Kraken can now be created for free when on a Slayer task.
The Abyssal Sire can now be killed off task.
Further reduced the cost of dark crabs, super combats, anti-venoms, and stamina potions.
Zulrah now drops teak logs in noted form.
Added a message every 30 minutes about the PK raffle.
Adjusted the maximum allowed connections per IP.
Fixed protect from magic causing binds to always land on you.
Fixed instanced God Wars minions not respawning.

The following monsters now have their correct negative magic defence bonus (previously set at 0):
Cave kraken, dark energy core, black knight, dharok the wretched, guthan the infested, lesser demon, giant rock crab, tstanon karlak, and zakl'n gritch.

ya but why waste the charge when 90% of the time the normal rooms are empty? Off task is helpful I guess but only cerb seems worth it lol.

I agree I thought that was the point of using an instance So minions respawn and we still cant use the alter to renew pray when instanced correct? This will save me many bonds as I wont be needing them to refill my row. Awesum updates
