Slayer Task Unlocks and Magic Dart

Added the magic dart spell.
Red dragons, mithril dragons, aviansies, and tzhaar Slayer rewards can now all be unlocked.
Key halves are now more properly given based on the ratio of halves you currently own.
Increased the chance of snapdragons from the crystal chest.
Small increase to the barrows item drop rates.
Red dragon tasks are now locked behind the appropriate Slayer reward.
New consecutive task bonuses: 100th, 250th, and 1000th task (OSRS Update).
Added the ironman icon on the text entering line.
Cerberus' AOE attack is now a bit more random.
Fixed the whip walk animation (was set to the walk backward animation).
Fixed one of the 2h rotating animations.
Fixed the tan all option.
Fixed the dark energy core not moving.
Fixed the gilded spear and 2h sword level requirements.
Fixed the tanzanite and magma helm stats.
