400. Personally I like it slower ish? But for the people that want to stake/clan/pk it shouldn't be too time consuming to do.

I'd rather you have a super fast exp rate, then introduce hard mode at a much lower exp rate sometime later on. Higher exp caters more to the Pkers who want to level & PK faster.

tbh shud make it 350 , cuz 400 and 300 are like the best options, so why not use a mid-term = 350.

Your prayer exp rates should be 2-3x slower than the normal exp rates. Otherwise say x400 passed you'd get 51 prayer in 1 d bone, and only take 130 to 99 (which isn't a lot).
