Add a 2-5 minute delay before you can enter the wild after using a loadout
Disable loadouts in instanced Edgeville (defense capped Wilderness)
Adding a 2 - 5 minute delay is the same as just disabling them realistically.
I think pures want to be able to return to fights, just not as fast.
Skill wise just disabling the loadouts seems like it'd be a better idea than a delay since this means the team who's members are more competent at re-gearing get the advantage.
