Halloween changes
- New gear overrides have been added and will be for sale from now through the end of the weekend.
- As a reminder, overrides display in place of your equipped gear outside of PvP.
- These include: jack lantern mask, jonas mask, headless head, cobweb cape, web cloak, and pumpkin & skeleton lanterns.
- Pumpkin tokens can now be purchased via bonds like previous years.
- The cobweb cape has been given its missing change option to turn it into a web cloak.
Project Rebalance: Combat Changes
- This update adds all the remaining missing changes from this update on OSRS.

- Spell and ranged weaknesses added to monsters.
- Magic damage prayer boosts: mystic lore 1%, mystic might 2%, augury 4%.
- Elite void magic damage bonus raised to 5%.
- Inquisitor's bonuses are further increased when using the mace with the set.
- Tome damage reduced to 10% in pvm.
- Minimum damage raised to 1 if you land a hit.
- Lowest combat prayer drain speeds have been reduced.
- Removed the autocast attack delay against monsters.
- Ava's can now protect javelins.
- Elder maul has been given a special attack.

- Added elite black armour's prayer bonuses.
- Demonbane spells can now be autocast with the appropriate staves.
- Fixed the elite void kit set buffs.
- Fixed vorkath's spawn animation.
- Fixed the HCIM helmet and revenant goblin visuals.
- Fixed ToA untradeable unique drop table not rolling.```
