So going back let see now, 3 weeks? Maybe a little more ago i made a General Enquiries thread as well as many other players whom where hacked.
Items had been cleared and even released the placeholders within the banks.

The majority of us people were told to make this General Enquiries thread regarding the situation of our hack, why it happened and the items that we had lost.

Fast forward a small couple of days some of the players have gotten refunded for their problems. Fast forward to now..

I'm still waiting for even the slightest person to even COMMENT about my hack. I was told to change my password which fair enough okay
I did that straight away but you've refunded players like 'Cape' (Don't try to lie to me about it i've been told by numerous players)

So why is he getting a full refund for the items he lost and im not?..... For someone who's been a part of Battlescape and enjoyed it as much as me, i'm pretty sure i deserve some bloody assistance. -_-

Cape didn't get a full refund. It was easy to track an Elysian when there was only 2-3 in the game, for example. And he was the only person refunded because of that.

Your request entails palidino to scan for super common items nowadays, as there were no ip/trade logs and all that back then. You have no chance of getting a refund and it really isn't all that much anymore anyway.

I hope terror's answer explained things for you. Really sucks that Palidino's lack of preparation got you shafted. But if terror's explanation isn't good enough for you:

Pali is the sole reason you haven't been refunded. Yes, he had been doing updates but not basic updates that should've been implemented with the start of the server. So when terror says there were no logs (including IP logs), there was no way to track the flow of items. The only thing they can see is how many of what and where they are. That's it. There were a limited amount of Elysians in the game at the time, so Cape was fortunate enough to have that on his side. I imagine some others that received help had rarer items as well. Now imagine you were to have lost 500 sets of bandos, that would've been tracked easily like an Elysian. They are common items, but not everyone would have had such a large stack of them at the time. Also, you've lost no items at an outstanding amount at a time Pali had dropped the ball. You probably aren't the only one with that exact set of items. Lastly, it has been a month. At this point I could have your items and not the guy who hacked you. Now we'd be punishing some random guy for having your items. You've simply been shafted by poor timing a lack of preparation.
