Can someone please share some light on which NPC's drop easy clues? like share a list of them for me please if anyone knows.

The same npcs as osrs, best checking the wiki for what is best overall, other than that look in the tourney shop for them for 1 point or so.
Clue boxes (containing random clue scrolls) are also avaliable though a range of activities
