The locations guide says that the Loyalty Shop is in the main bank in Edgeville and can be accessed by talking to Arcis. Is it still there? I am not seeing it.

Can you link what you are looking at? You are likely looking at heavily outdated material.
It's the home locations guide under the guides section. In the gold star location info. If it is outdated, could you please update it to make it less confusing for new players? Thanks
