Why we can't access to this area?
It would be nice if we could climb down the ladder or rocks, so we could kill trolls in multicombat area.
The only thing there atm is the farming patch.

Best place for killing trolls is to use the Miscellaneous > Death Plateau teleports to get to trolls, this area is heavily populated and can be reasonably afk while on task.
Why would you be needing a multi-combat area, this isnt a task for bursting or chinning?
The Troll Stronghold area itself isnt a Multi-Combat area itself either
Afk purpose. Agro the thrower trolls and pray up- auto retaliate on.
I would rather afk than kill 180 trolls one by one.
My mistake i thought that those melee trolls were in multi as well.
With the Sapphire Rank you are able to toggle npc-aggression, this means that npcs that are not normally aggressive, or would lose aggression after a period of time now are always aggressive.
It seems redundant to add in 'thrower trolls' to this location purely for this reason.
On top of this, all regular slayer tasks (non-boss) will give you the chance prior to taking the task to half your task, If you are unsure on the location of the npcs that you have been assigned to kill, hop to the quest tab and click on the slayer task, this will give you relevant information regarding the locations of your task.

I just do it the normal way since it's redundant.
