Are the prizes set in stone because that comes out to less than 2m/hr no lifing not counting drops
It's a passive reward for those trying to do set activities, noone is expecting you to play for 72h to win a reward..... especially not every weekend.
It's a fun bonus if that's your goal for the weekend and the event lines up with your grind or activities.
As mentioned these are just one event set for each week to get people doing different activities and for those who want to grind, it's a small reasonable reward and it won't be changed for the above mentioned events.

14th > 16th October - The player with the most Chambers of Xeric Drops! Joint Winners: Biscoff & GIM Easy
If an event has more than 1 winner it is split between the players who jointly take that top spot.
11th > 13th November - The player with the most Slayer Boss Drops!
18th > 20th November - The player with the most Boosted Boss Kills!
