Clan Wars - Ignore Freezing Replaced With F2P

As the PJ timer option has already been replaced and there have been requests for F2P Clan Wars, and since I'm also completely unfamiliar with whether or not the ignore freezing option is ever actually used, should it be replaced with an F2P option?

Alternately I could add a second Clan Wars section similar to how the 1 defense wild will work (you'll see it in the next update before F2P CW becomes a thing), where you'd simply talk to a NPC located at the Clan Wars challenge area which would teleport you to this "instance" where all created wars here are F2P.
