Farmer's Outfit for 20% Bonus XP (Purchased for 40 Bonds)
Magic Secateurs to yield more herbs (Haunted Mine Quest reward shop)
Using Lunars, with 83 Magic, you can cast 'Fertile Soil' to make the chance that your patch gets diseased less.
You can also cast Geomancy with 65 magic to check on your patches.
USING ALL THREE I CAN AVERAGE 250K+ XP PER PATCH

YOU SHOULD FARM THE HIGHEST LEVEL HERBS THAT YOU CAN FOR THE FASTEST XP/HR

I personally use these 7 herb patches Harmony Island,Trollhiem,Ardy,Catherby, Canfis,Falador, and Sand crabs
Spoiler for CATHERBY:
Start by using the Wizard to teleport to Catherby and rake all the patches to get to Level 9 so that you can plant Guam seeds.

Harmony Island and Trollhiem can be reached with the teleport tab purchased in the shops at home - West of home from chef.

TROLLHIEM (THIS PATCH CAN NEVER GET DISEASED)
Spoiler for ARDY:
Ardy can be reached by the Wizard at home and then running north - Or Alternate method using 99 farm cape - teleport or Ardougne 2+ cape teleport.
TIP:USE GRIMY HERBS ON THE LEPRECHAUN AT EVERY FARM PATCH AND HE WILL NOTE THEM
Spoiler for CANFIS:
Canfis can be reached by either the use of the "ectophial" bought from skilling supplier east of home or through the Wizard at home and then run northeast past the slayer tower.
Spoiler for FALADOR:
Falador is reached by teleporting through teleport - spirit tree - Cabbage patch and run north. Or also reached by the Wizard. Run south from the East bank.

Rake, Gardening Trowel, and Spade
You will need to use a tree seed on a filled plant pot and then use a watering can on that to make a tree sapling (all purchased in general store)
Lunar magics and Farming Outfit also apply to doing trees

YOU SHOULD PLANT THE HIGHEST TREE SEEDS YOU CAN FOR THE BEST XP/HR TREES GRANT 100K-300K+ DEPENDING ON WHAT TREE IT IS

Falador use the teleport Wizard and head north to the Falador Park

Lumbridge use the teleport Wizard and then head West directly behind the Lumbridge Castle

Gnome Stronghold use the teleport Wizard and then head down either set of stairs and head West to the patch next to Neive
