staff that cant physically change the game are completely useless, and are just on for the lack of self worth irl. and need some sort of reassurance in their dog shit life.

Jagex does ban as I said above, but if no one reports it, they do not get banned. Even ingame mods mute people for cursing. Obviously if you are in a clan chat and swearing in it with your buddies, it isn't something they will read logs on. 50% Complain about the rule, 50% complain about the users swearing ingame. There are users who don't like users cursing around in the Home Clan Chat, they feel very uncomfortable. If you feel uncomfortable that you can't swear, i'd grab you by your shirt and slap that mouth if I was your father. Staff prevents this for a good reason and if you think otherwise, you need to go to a mental health rehab at this point.

Probably 200 reports per day because people are power hungry and enjoy getting people muted/banned for saying a swear word then laugh/troll the person they got banned or muted.

If the staff team/rules were different it would cause less people to quit and open the community up, instead it's staying stagnant + more toxic than ever.

The player count speaks for its self, and the fact that palidino made this thread speaks for the state of the server.

90% of the people who gave suggestions brought up staff team/rules on this thread yet you're still defending it.

The main thing people want changing (90% of what people replied) won't be changed because an ex-admin is fine about it and can't stop defending it :P
