Hello, alot of lazy people not going to like this, but cut to the chase, make the point system in raids determine who has most chance at item etc rather than your own rng/drop rate
You can legit take an alt in and get loot.

Also, nerf range on the meelee hand and force pple to use meelee, that will also bring the lance into the game more.

Pretty sure the thing where someone could bring an alt into a raid and literally do nothing with it and getting a drop with 0 points got fixed.
Other than that it's the same as osrs. X amount of points will give you an extra % chance at a drop.

The thresholds for what im presuming you're talking about is solo raids, therefore the drop rate for items starts at 10k, then increases at 100k(5man), and 300k (23man). The point system does in fact determine who has the highest chance of receiving an item, it does not mean that everytime you bring in alt that you will get the drop on the main. Think of it like this: If the person with highest % does not roll a 1/5 when the raid itself is granted a drop, it rolls onto the next person, then the next and so forth. So as it is entirely possible for the alt with 0 points to get a drop, it is the last person to get a chance at getting the actual drop over someone else. The range on the meele hand is equivelent to OS, a tbow has a longer range then a crossbow, and a blowpipe has the shortest range. People would use dragon hunter lance but is it out dps'd by blowpipe with dragon darts, a DHCB with ruby bolts, and ofcourse the tbow, that puts it in 4th place. Thats why it isn't used as much as ranged weapons.
