This week sees the addition of new tournament modes, PK risk brackets, and other improvements to bloody keys and revenants.
New Tournament Modes
As requested, a handful of new tournament modes have been added. These include:
F2P pure, void range, No armour main melee, F2P no armour main melee, and dharoks bridding.
PKing Risk Brackets
Risk brackets can now be toggled on via the quest tab. Doing so will prevent players that don't meet a minimum risk (depending on your own risk) initiating combat with you first. Exclusions to having this enabled include carrying a bloody/bloodier key, attacking a player with a bloody/bloodier key, a bounty hunter target, and being in a multi-combat area.
The brackets are currently as follows: 0-10M, 10-30M, and 30M+. This can be adjusted based on user feedback.
Bounty Hunter Teleport
Changes have been made to the bounty hunter teleport to fix bug and fix misuse of the spell. The teleport can no longer be used in combat and has a 30-second cooldown between each use to prevent your target from using the spell over and over to avoid combat. Using the teleport will also now attempt to put you a handful of tiles away from your opponent instead of teleporting you directly next to them. Finally, the max wilderness level difference that is supposed to limit how far away you can teleport to your opponent from has been fixed.
In Other News
- You can no longer attack a key holder or a player attacking the key holder if your IP matches the key holder.
- You can knock off a player attacking you by attacking the key holder if your opponent's IP matches the key holder.
- Doubled the ether bracelet drop rate from revenants.
- Revenants will drop loot twice during a wilderness slayer task, similar to other wilderness slayer tasks.
- The viewing orb inside the dueling lobby can now be used.
- Removed the level restriction of picking up a bloodier key.
- Corrected the PJ prevention timer being too low.
- Fixed the max cape not counting as an attack cape in the Warriors Guild.
- Fixed the level requirements of 3rd age druidic.
- Fixed opening Pest Control gates.
- Fixed bloody/bloodier key piling.
- Fixed picking up items with a full inventory while carrying an open looting bag.
